If I want to play a FPS that won't cost me 55 bucks + new PC parts, I'll play something I already have and get the same effect out of it without the cost and upgrade of more stuff, thanks. I'll bet you anything Doom 1 or Hexen or Wolfenstien, however many other FPS horror games they make, the originals of all of those, beat Doom 3 any day of the week in fun value. Graphics don't make a game and never will. Forget Doom 3, I hope somehow the inanimate object dies.

Enh. Old-style FPSes get old. I'd rather have a game where enemies are challenging rather than a game where they have to throw 50 guys at you to make you break a sweat any day of the week.
If I want to play a classic FPS, I'll play Quake. If I want to play a new FPS, I'd probably wait for Half-Life 2 to come out. Meanwhile, I'll get back to my platformers. Damn you, Mother Brain!

Would love to play it, probably won't ever get to until three years from now when it's $9.99 and every computer's able to run it. As of now, I've got no chance. Ah, the glory of Pentium II.

My parents recently got a new computer that I can play it on,;D but I am not sure if I want to spend 55 dollars on it.
