In The Groove 2: Beta Testing

With ITG fever already spreading nationwide, RoXoR is preparing to unleash the second version of the four-arrowed dance simulator.

The following comes from ITG composer/staff member KeeL, from RoXoR's forums:

We will be showing a beta version of In The Groove 2 at the (Amusement Showcase International), on March 3rd - 5th 2005, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago IL.

The Roxor team will be attending the event and we encourage people to come try out this new addition to the ITG series.

I will be sure post videos and pictures of the event to give people the ITG2 inside scoop, but I hope to see you there!

Songlists and more indepth information are sure to follow, so stay tuned.

After day three, a lot of new information has been presented on the second version of In The Groove.

Andamiro and RoXoR have collaborated on this update, including a brand new cabinet that is a unique hybrid of the DDR and Pump It Up designs, with special touches added to keep it unique to the ITG crowd, such as a gorgeous red interface.

There are many, many new opportunities being provided for the expert steppers out there to continuing to hone their skills as well, such as Vertex^2('squared'), Bloodrush, and many others that seem poised to push the envelope of what the limits of stepchart-based hardcore are.

Keep an eye out at the primary fansite, www.itgfreak.com as more information develops, and all the awesome media being provided along with it.
