Ok, I personally expect anyone even remotely fond of the RPG format to have both these games reserved and locked.
Atlus is responsible for their localization, and that means rarity.. just like the Persona games have become. This is the first time the series that bred Persona(and DemiKids) will actually hit our shores.. and Atlus is pulling out the big guns for it.
We're not just getting one of the best and immense popular in the series(Nocturne), AND the director's cut version of it, but they're bringing over MegaTen's Xenosaga killer to boot.. the sparkling new Avatar Tuner.
Both these games'll be incredible. September 29th and November, respectively.
Persona comes highly recommended if you can track them down as well.

New details regarding SMT III, c/o RPGamer.com are as follows:
The game now has a certified M rating (a record for the series / its offshoots in the US, if I'm not mistaken.. unsurprising, regardless), and will be released on 9/28. The guide is slated for 9/14, and is probably worth getting considering the $19.99 retail.
Again, it is strongly recommended that you reserve this if you even think it's worth getting. Not to mention the 30-track OST that will be included, which is sure to be incredible.
